Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If client is 15 minutes late, client is responsible for $50 late fee. If client is 30 minutes late, photographer keeps 50% of session fee.
How many images will I recieve?
Depending on which package option you choose, determines the number of images you receive.
What should we wear?
Decisions, decisions?? This is where we offer the best wardrobe options to make you look like a rockstar! We will cover some wardrobe options best fit for your session during your initial consultation.
What is your turnaround time?
The entire process from photoshoot to final product is 4-6 weeks depending on the package you choose. This includes your image selection time, retouching, and delivery. If you choose printed products, please allow additional time for shipping and customization.
Can I bring additional family members?
Depending on the session location and photography package selected. We are able to accommodate additional family members for $25 per person. Space is limited in our studio, but an outdoor or on location session is more flexible.
How will I receive what is included in my package?
We create a private folder to access all of the digital products you purchased. Your digital items are accessible for 30 days. If you need additional time to download or save files, we can accommodate for a small fee.
Can I purchase all my digital retouched images?
Yes, you may purchase all of your retouched digital images. Pricing is based on the final number of retouched images. The typical cost for all your digital images starts at $350.
